Modern high-end blade computer server innards

This is a professional rack mounting "blade" server with its innards exposed. Modern server farms may contain dozens of these stacked one above another into dozens or hundreds of rack cabinets laid out in lines over huge floor areas. They produce a lot of heat hence the line of cooling fans visible across the middle. Because of the volume of air flowing through, these really scream. You wouldn't be able to hold a conversation near to these when switched on. The goldy coloured finned objects are the CPU coolers.
