Used for "flooding" a space with invisible infra-red light containing a stereo audio signal that can be heard by anyone hard of hearing equipped with a suitable hearing aid.
You can also pretend they're infra-red flood lights for illuminating an area so that infra-red sensitive CCTV can see in the dark.
Or you can pretend they're anything else hi-tech.
It's not possible for these to light up with visible light. We have x4.
