Stylish 1960s 18" CRT TV in fjord blue cabinet

Not presently practical though with some restoration work this may be possible. Very typical 1960s styling especially the tube surround. This is a dual standard hybrid TV meaning it would work on the old 405 line standard as well as the superior 625 lines introduced in 1964. Hybrid means it uses a mixture of valves (or vacuum tubes) & the newly evolved transistors. After several years, transistors completely replaced the bulky, hot running valves in TV sets so greatly reducing their energy consumption & eventually increasing reliability.

Please note that the tatty tea trolley is not specific to this TV & we don't have a stand.
