Working, concealable compact computer to go with VGA computer monitors

This small foot print PC has a standard VGA output for driving a monitor with a windows screen. It reliably runs an old version of windows & a wordprocessor. This is far more reliable than trying to coax life into a real 1990s computer, most of which are now riddled with capacitor plague or have leaked internal batteries on the motherboard. A working beige keyboard & mouse can be supplied. It's small enough to hide under a desk whilst a dummy non-working 1990s computer can be there under or beside the monitor just for dressing.
