1980s Siemens T1000 printing telex terminal/teleprinter

Originally used in the British navy for sending & receiving encrypted messages. Messages can be both typed from the keyboard & sent to a distant terminal or received & printed from a distant terminal over either dedicated telephone lines or using radio (RTTY) teleprinter format. In addition, this terminal is able to both punch & read 5 bit paper tape (ticker tape) which is very visual in action.
