HDMI to composite video output converter

Used for converting the HDMI signal from a typical modern computer or laptop to the much older composite video signal that many of our period monitors & TVs require. Please be aware that it's pointless creating high res content as old style monitors just can't resolve any detail over 1024 x 768 pixels or so.
