Large, practical 1950s-1960s era switch & coloured lamps control panel

Originally from a Marconi military test set, this panel has a very generous quantity of stylish black toggle & rotary switches & coloured lamps. We've completely rewired this so that every lamp is operated by a nearby switch on the panel meaning that you have full control over how many lamps & what colours are actually lit. Also the meter needle can be moved by twiddling the central knob. Painted in very typical 1950s or 1960s hammerite silver paint. Being the standard 19" wide, this will easily fit straight in any of our electronic equipment or server racks. The back & sides are covered, so it can also be used as a freestanding control box if you don't mind the visible mounting slots running along the vertical edges. As well as being good for military or industrial sets, this panel would also be quite suitable as the operator's console for one of the room sized mainframe computers from the 1950s or 1960s.
