Oddball computer mouse/pointing device with sliding pad & blue buttons

Very unique device for steering a pointer around on a computer screen from a time when conventional mice were barely established. This never caught on! The grey disk on a stalk is pushed around in the blue striped frame with one hand whilst your other hand operates the blue finger buttons.
