Practical vintage 35mm slide/transparency projector

This is a fully working slide projector with a distinctive wedge shape. The linear magazine holds up to 40 regular size transparencies. Pulling the slide loading handle out automatically advances the slide number by one position. Before the days of tedious Powerpoint, slide projectors like this were commonly used for business presentations and also for showing home photos taken on 35mm slide film. Slides had various advantages over paper photographs, the most important being much better contrast, strong punchy colours & better resolution. The main disadvantage was of course, you had to view them in a darkened room.
