Technical telemetry/"nuclear launch code" type portable case

System Northwest T/R82MT systems emulator in a pressed, ribbed, ruggedised aluminium carrying case. Probably this was originally used for testing remote monitoring & control systems. Dozens of red LEDs & digital numeric & alpha displays make this a really eye catching hi-tech unit. The numerous buttons can be pressed to toggle the LEDs & change messages on the displays.
