PYE Scalamp very high voltage laboratory electrostatic voltmeter

This would have been used for measuring very high voltages - up to 40,000V - whilst putting very little load on the voltage source. Fantastic looking smooth metal cap on a ribbed ceramic insulator that's neccessary for resisting such high voltages. Great for any high voltage electrical laboratory or industrial scene.
