Vintage metal rectifiers, interesting finned technical shapes

These were used for converting AC to DC in vintage electronics, typically valve based equipment. They don't age well & should be replaced as they're likely to go short circuit, destroying other components like transformers in the process. You could stand them up on end & photograph them in macro as futurististic buildings? You're welcome to make your own smarter piece of timber than in the last pic as a base.
