Space age look Kolster Brandes Royal Star PVP20 TV set from 1958

Very stylish 17" monochrome TV with a futuristic spacey look that would have been all the rage in the age of Sputnik etc. The back is curved & painted a metallic lilac colour. Gold trim surrounds the front. The distinctive tube is almost circular with bulging front glass as back then, they hadn't mastered how to make them more rectangular.
